Project Management: Lead the implementation of fintech solutions, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination with internal teams. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with informed advice and solutions. Perfil ideal Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Licenciatura em área financeira). Master's or fintech-related certifications are a plus. Experience: 3+ years in banking, financial services, or fintech, with a focus on client management or consulting. Skills: Strong knowledge of banking and investment operations, excellent communication skills, and experience in project management. High level of English is mandatory.
