Job Description We are looking to fill full-time vacancies in our Riyadh Office for a Saudi National Senior Sports Consultant, which is a role suitable for people with 6 + years' full-time relevant experience in consultant firms with interests in Sports.

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, provide expert guidance, and drive impactful solutions to help our clients excel in the dynamic world of sports.
Job Responsibilities: Lead consulting projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of project management, including research, analysis, strategy development, and implementation.
Serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas of the sports industry, providing insights and recommendations to clients on topics such as talent development, performance optimization, and organizational strategy.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for client growth and innovation.
Develop comprehensive strategies and action plans to address client needs and achieve desired outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their objectives.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success within the organization.
Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports management, consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading consulting projects and delivering results for clients.
Deep understanding of the sports industry , including key trends, challenges, and opportunities across different sectors and markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written , with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Proven leadership and project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment , fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
Additional Information Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
