Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Contribute to the development of global category strategy for responsible categories, definition of sub-category strategy according to RB internal and external requirements;
Accountable for supplier management & supplier strategy (supplier development or consolidation) formulation;
Conduct cost analysis and management, annual price negotiations with suppliers, market scouting/analysis, and cost benchmarking;
Oversee capacity management, contract management, and supply chain risk management;
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Experience: 3-5 years commercial purchasing experience for material field purchasing;
Education: Master's degree, preferably with an engineering background;
Know How: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage business relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers; good analytical and negotiation skills;
Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus;
Working Style and Methods: Self-motivated, able to cope with difficult situations; team player with flexibility;
Personality: Proactivity and adaptability; resilience in challenging situations.
