In this vital role, you will play a pivotal role in our cloud team, focusing on the development, deployment, and optimization of our Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Python, Terraform, and comprehensive experience with large-scale Azure infrastructure. Your expertise will help us enhance our systems management, service catalog, and leverage major Azure services to streamline operations and foster innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate and manage cloud resources efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate cloud solutions with other corporate IT systems.
Lead the adoption and implementation of systems manager and service catalog at scale, optimizing cloud resources and operations.
Spearhead system design initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.
Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, enhancing the delivery pipeline for cloud applications.
Contribute to the selection and management of Azure services, optimizing for performance and cost.
Act as a cloud advocate, mentoring team members and promoting cloud best practices within the organization.

Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree OR
Master's degree and 2 years of engineering experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of engineering experience OR
Associate's degree and 8 years of engineering experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of engineering experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions.
Expertise in Python programming and Terraform for infrastructure management.
Extensive experience with Azure, including Systems Manager, Service Catalog, and other major services, in a large-scale environment.
Proficient in system design principles and patterns for high availability, scalability, and efficiency.
Solid understanding and experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
