.Senior Client Operations Engineer Id18999 - CoimbraJob Description:What you will do:Collaborate with our solution delivery teams and customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability and reliability.Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL to ensure efficient and reliable data storage in the cloud.Use infrastructure as code tools to automate cloud deployments.Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and security.Use a structured troubleshooting approach to identify and resolve related issues.Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments to support application deployments.Troubleshoot and configure network settings in cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security.Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and integration in the cloud.Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure cloud requirements are met.Be part of the on-call rotation team.Must haves:Azure experience, preferably certified (5+ years of experience).Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.G., Terraform, CloudFormation).Experience with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes.Client-facing experience in deployments/installations.Excellent English and communication skills.The candidate must travel for a device pickup and occasionally travel to one of TeamViewer's offices.
