Job Description Harland & Poston Group, a leading real estate developer, is currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to add value to our Project Development & Construction department.

Profile & Skills Enrolled in the Order of Engineers
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of Autocad
Good knowledge of 3D and Rendering
Excellent organisational skills
Experience in supervising rehabilitation works and construction
Experience in health and safety coordination
Ability in works measurement and costs quoting
Experience in project coordination
Strategic thinking
Public relations with third parties involved in the process
Legally recognised and qualified to subscribe to architectural projects
Dynamism, proactivity, and rigor
Sense of responsibility, firmness, and balance in decisions
Assiduous and punctual
English is mandatory and other languages are a plus
Detail-oriented
Responsibilities Project coordination & supervision
Building and construction inspection
Monitoring of construction and works
Health and safety coordinator
Preparation of periodic reports
Financial control of the works and budget management
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10 years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated experience.
