Profile & SkillsEnrolled in the Order of EngineersGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood knowledge of AutocadGood knowledge of 3D and RenderingExcellent organisational skillsExperience in supervising rehabilitation works and constructionExperience in health and safety coordinationAbility in works measurement and costs quotingExperience in project coordinationStrategic thinkingPublic relations with third parties involved in the processLegally recognised and qualified to subscribe to architectural projectsDynamism, proactivity and rigorSense of responsibility, firmness and balance in decisionsAssiduous and punctualEnglish is mandatory and other languages are a plusDetail orientedResponsibilitiesProject coordination & supervisionBuilding and construction inspectionMonitoring of construction and worksHealth and safety coordinatorPreparation of periodic reportsFinancial control of the works and budget managementEducationDegree in Civil Engineering
Experience10 years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated experience.
