Job DescriptionThe primary duty of the professional involves monitoring, maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting daily remote access technologies. The professional must be capable of managing performance and rectifying any errors that occur within the Citrix XenApp and dependent services such as F5 Big-IP (APM Module) and Citrix NetScaler. The professional should be able to provide all the necessary support for Citrix Infrastructure including, but not limited to Citrix XenApp, Citrix User Profile Management, Citrix Federated Authentication Services and Citrix ADC (formerly known as Citrix NetScaler).
QualificationsSenior Citrix Engineer provides high-class troubleshooting and solutions to problems relating to Unit4's Citrix platform. The individual maintains and monitors how the Citrix XenApp, applications on it, and co-dependent services perform.
Senior Citrix Engineer should demonstrate proficiency and be familiar with: Deep knowledge of Windows Server architecture and Active DirectoryAt least 4 years of experience with VMware and virtualization technologiesExperience automating Windows systems using PowerShell or similar methodsPreferred (not required) Sound knowledge of virtualization technologies Hyper-V, VMWare, Cloud – Azure.Knowledge on ICA HDX clients and possible connection scenarios to the Citrix XenApp farm.Knowledge and experience in the administration of Virtual Infrastructure.Sound knowledge of Active Directory Domain services, DNS, DHCP, GPO, OU and security group management.Additional InformationWe offer: A culture built on trust.
