The successful candidate will join the Global Procurement team to manage the process of acquisition of new materials, utilities, services and CAPEX.RESPONSIBILITIESSet up the Global strategy of purchases of indirect materials, utilities, services and CAPEX for all the factories of Frulact's Group;Identification of overall purchasing requirements/needs by data gathering and close collaboration with the industrial department;Evaluate offers, conduct negotiations, nominate suppliers and award business accordingly;Balance both tactical executions with strategic initiatives necessary too drive cost reduction projects;Analyze and monitor international procurement markets, evaluate and communicate market-specific data;Select, evaluate and develop global suppliers;Innovate and implement purchasing strategies for technical components in project buying;Participate actively in other cross-functional teams and global projects;Report directly to the Global Head of Procurement & Supply Chain.PROFILEAcademic degree in Business, Engineering or comparable degree;Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in purchasing indirect materials in a global manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on technical project buying (CAPEX experience would be beneficial but not required);Successful track record of cost saving delivery;Team player with strong negotiation skills, determination and persuasive personality as well as distinct analytical competencies;Proficient in English (mandatory) - other languages would be a plus;Availability for occasional travelling between Frulact sites and to visit suppliers;#J-18808-Ljbffr
