Senior Business Requirements Analyst (Waterfall / Agile)

DECISION is looking for a Senior Business Requirements Analyst (Waterfall / Agile) with the following requirements:Description:Senior Business Analyst, will be responsible to lead requirements analysis within a major healthcare projectScope and tasks:- Business and Requirements analysis- Operational lead of a small functional analysts team within a major software development project, reporting to the Project Manager- Write down functional requirements- Collaborate in the test cases definitionMust have:- At least 6 years professional experience as requirements analyst- Waterfall and Agile methodologies- Ability to clearly understand and discuss business requirements and write it (including as user stories)- Excellent communication and soft skillsNice to have:- Healthcare business experience- UML- BPMN- Functional testing- English (B2 or greater)Top five skills:Functional Analysis, Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Communication,Type of project: Maintenance and implementationUrgency: Very urgentWork model: Hybrid (Lisbon)
