Your mission You will act as Business Operations Manager with special focus on Project Portfolio Management.
You will manage our Project Portfolio Management-related activities while being exposed to different projects and stakeholders.
You will shape our operations and organization by being responsible for the Project Portfolio Management framework in close collaboration with the key stakeholders.
You will use your leadership skills as well as your attention to detail and assertiveness to ensure Finoa successfully achieves their goals.

In this role, you will: Be part of the Operations team in all aspects of our operational duties which include: Business Continuity Management & Process Management, Procurement & Vendor Management, and Project Portfolio Management.
Take responsibility for Project Portfolio Management to establish the best approach to identifying, prioritizing, coordinating, controlling and monitoring programmes and projects that align with Finoa's strategy and goals.
Design, lead, and drive effective organizational change of operational standards and procedures towards the company-wide Project Portfolio Management framework.
Support the Senior Management and project leads in reports, business cases, (risk) analyses, and other relevant topics.
Partner with Risk Controlling and key stakeholders to provide the necessary guidance and support to achieve our objectives What you need to be successful: You have 5+ years of work experience, preferably in a fast-growing (fintech) start-up environment, banking, or consulting firm.
You have strong organizational skills and are comfortable to manage ambiguity and multiple high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
You possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge in German is a plus.
You have experience working with Product/Tech teams, Compliance, Risk, and C-level executives.
You completed a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or other related disciplines (is a plus).
You show passion and grit to solve complex problems and build scalable processes.
You have professional or personal experience or at least a very strong interest in crypto and financial markets.
You thrive in an entrepreneurial team, are driven by intellectual curiosity, and leverage your strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
