About The Role
We seek a Senior Business Intelligence Manager with extensive expertise in data analytics and a track record of converting complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate excels in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.
In this key role, you will lead our data initiatives and bolster our search engine monetization through advanced data analysis and predictive modeling. We're looking for a dynamic communicator and strategic visionary with a knack for collaboration. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping data-driven strategies and driving our business success in a pivotal growth period.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data from various business operations to identify trends and patterns. Conduct detailed analysis of search engine marketing data, including, but not limited to keyword performance and ad spend.
Develop, implement, and manage BI solutions to improve business processes.
Develop and maintain analytical dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions.
Train and support team members in utilizing BI tools and data interpretation.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics and search engine marketing.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
Strong SQL query skills on large data sets.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Preset, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with Snowflake. Past experience with DBT is a plus.
Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Python / R is a plus.
Experience with digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS) is a plus.
Working hours overlapping with 8am - 10am PST/PDT.
