We have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our SDO team.
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of day-to-day Reporting & Analytics operations.
This position involves supervising a team of specialists, providing insights into financial performance, and supporting decision-making processes within the organization.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?Take ownership of learning and development of specialist, seeking guidance from the team lead.Actively participate in functional and technical training related to ERP Systems, consolidation and management reporting tools to enhance knowledge.Oversee analysis of data by specialist and identify any clarifications required.Oversee data organization and clean up in forecasting tool to be utilized in supporting FBPs and Group FP&A with preparing Financial Plan / Rolling forecast.Coordinate with Group FP&A and support in preparing Financial Plan / Rolling forecast.Prepare and contribute to the creation of management reports, financial statements, and dashboards.Support Group FP&A with standardization of recurring management reports for entity/division and group level.Oversee R&A activities performed by Insights & Analytics Specialist and provide guidance/support wherever required.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?Total relevant FP&A and management reporting experience of 3-5 years, with a focus on leadership roles.Strong understanding of finance forecast and management reporting activities.Experience with financial forecasting software and ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4 HANA), proficiency in Excel.Strategic thinking, strong analytical and modeling skills.Ability to adapt to changing business environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Previous experience in a Shared Service Center or multinational environment is a plus.WHAT IS ON OFFER?As a colleague at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package.
