Share best practices and mentor junior team members to elevate the overall team performance.Your Profile:Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector. Experience in a startup or B2B environment with a focus on tech is highly desirable.Network and Influence: You possess a robust professional network and know how to leverage it to open doors and develop new business opportunities.Bilingual Communication: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential, as you'll be interacting with clients globally.Dynamic and Autonomous: A starter who is highly responsive, capable of taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
