This involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing contact, and growing relationships with clients to achieve further sales and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate is dynamic, sales-driven, strategically minded, and capable of selling B2B at the highest level.
Descrição Sales Management: Manage the sales process at a senior level from the initial introductory meeting to the solution pitch. Present new proposals, concepts, and ideas for creative activation campaigns and loyalty programs.Client Engagement: Present the agency to potential clients with a special focus on the country's top 500 companies through face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails. Advise clients on products and strategies, including forthcoming developments and special promotions.Opportunity Creation: Identify new business opportunities, brand needs, and challenges to coordinate a strategic solution pitch based on a thorough understanding of client objectives and business requirements, including return on investment objectives.Pipeline Development: Build a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets set.Proposal and Contract Management: Create client proposals and contracts, taking full responsibility for their content and accuracy.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular review meetings.Product Knowledge: Develop a complete understanding of the agency's products and pricing structures.Campaign Handover: Ensure a complete and accurate brief is provided in all aspects of the sale, including costs of the promotion and redemption rates, when handing over the campaign to client services.Perfil ideal Candidates with agency experience in new business generation/business development or marketing business roles. Experience in a marketing agency or communication field is highly preferred. Understands marketing processes and jargon, and takes a consultative approach with clients. Experienced in communicating with clients in all forms of written and verbal communication and actively listens to their needs. Skilled in building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues to add value to both the agency and its clients, and possesses a portfolio of client contacts. Takes a commercial view when making decisions to maximize the value for both the agency and the client.
