Senior Business Analyst/Tester

You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and ensuring the quality of software through rigorous testing and validation processes. Your main responsibilities: Create and review detailed functional specifications to ensure they meet project requirements and standardsWrite test cases based on specifications and perform manual testing to validate software functionality.Develop and run automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficiencyUse analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in software development and testing processesWork closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and effective communicationYou're ideal for the role if you have:At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in software development, with the ability to create and review functional specificationsMinimum of 3 years experience in the banking industry, with knowledge of core banking applications and transactionsExperience in writing and executing both manual and automated test cases, ensuring thorough testing coverageProficiency in SQL, data dictionary, and data modeling, with the ability to query and manage databasesExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
