Your Role
As a (Senior) Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of Clink, our groundbreaking workflow management tool for customer onboarding. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure the seamless alignment of business processes and technical solutions. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation, delivering high-quality services to our customers in the air, sea, and road forwarding business.
Your Responsibilities
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in alignment with business requirements.
Develop and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications for Clink.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
Lead the business analysis lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution validation, ensuring the delivery of scalable and reliable business solutions.
Utilize your expertise in process mapping and business modelling to enhance Clink's capabilities.
Drive innovation through the adoption of new business analysis methodologies and best practices.
Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
Ensure that process flows are aligned with different stakeholders, emphasizing strong communication skills.
Your Skills and Experiences
Extensive experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in process modelling tools and techniques.
Experience with workflow management systems and business process improvement.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools. Experience in the logistics industry or with logistics IT systems is a plus.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
