Your Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Information Technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify needs, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Your Mission: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements; Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations; Develop and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements; Work with IT teams to ensure system solutions align with business objectives; Assist in project management, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field; 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an IT environment; Strong focus on business analysis, project management, offering valuable expertise in streamlining and enhancing all organizational operations; Proven track record in process improvement and development; Certification in Scrum methodology valued; Knowledge in RPA; Keen sense of responsibility and exceptional organizational abilities; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills; Written and verbal fluent English.
