CGI is looking for a Senior Business Analyst French Fluent to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Main Functions For Run Activity
• Conduct incident and anomaly analysis and follow the issues until resolution,
• Perform pre-deployment correction tests and accompany production deployments,
• Main contact for technical user support,
• Ensure the execution of quarterly and yearly accounting closings.
Main Functions For Project Development
• Project business needs into a computerized solution,
• Carry out the impact assessment (deliverable specifications), based on the expression of need (JIRA sheet) and under the guidance of the Application Manager,
• Monitor developments and make the necessary settings,
• Take part in the validation of the test book and prepare transfer to production,
• Analyze and correct deficiencies during the warranty phase.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Degree in Informatics or related areas
Knowledge of project methodologies
MS Office
JIRA
Minimum 6 years' experience as Business Analyst
Fluency in French language
Strong communication skills for user support
