Business Analyst with eCommerce or API experience required to join our Delivery team, The opportunity: As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role to maximise the value the BA team creates by defining the roadmap, priorities and business outcomes. You will take a lead role in the Digital Product practice, managing Business Analysts and developing the agile methodology within one of our leading clients. What you'll be doing: Discovery Collaborate with senior stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product, ensuring that ideation ladders up to the strategic goals of the business, and support adapting priorities as the business progresses. Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring the customer experience is frictionless across channels. Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns product roadmap to strategic goals: both in the immediate and longer term. Determine scope of change and the iterations to unlock greatest customer value. Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product. Understand and challenge perceived customer value in order to prioritise effectively and ensure we focus on the changes that will deliver maximum value align to our strategy. Planning Play an active role leading up to and during PI planning meeting to ensure the quarterly plans align to strategic goals, and the event ran well to ensure the investment spent on time is fully realised and strong plans are formed for quarter ahead. Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments. Release and Processes Identify areas of the agile process that require refinement and look for opportunities to continuously improve the E2E process working closely with our senior release and engineering teams.
