The analyst will have a deep understanding of the go-to-market strategy, implement scalable out of the box solutions, and bring critical thinking and problem-solving skills into the team.Job DescriptionThe analyst will have an entrepreneurial/start-up mindset and hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and formula fields.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into requirements for the IT team.Facilitate problem solving on a day-to-day basis as required, working closely with the development team on implementation challenges.Provide system administration support of the Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.Create and maintain documentation on configuration and processes.Train end-users on functionality and best practices.Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud and stay up-to-date on new features and functionalities.Understand the industry trends to ensure the digitization of work is staying current in the market.Articulate and champion user experiences and journeys to ensure we have the current state and future state well defined.Basic Requirements5+ years delivering product features within the Salesforce Sales Cloud.3+ years supporting or developing features on Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ.Salesforce certified Admin.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.Experience working in a B2B industry is a plus.Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to drive interactions with stakeholders and clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.Critical thinking skills: using logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, summarize conclusions and approaches to mitigate risk.Near-native English writing and speaking skills.Travel RequirementsNoneRelocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanYesCompanyMotorola Solutions Portugal, LdaEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
