Responsibilities
Provide active support to the Global Retention Team by assisting in their strategic and operational activities
Play a key role in driving and further developing customer retention related activities and initiatives to help reduce churn and increase revenue
Perform market analysis and monitor industry trends
Consolidate information and perform analyses to help steer relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, or a similar field
2+ years' experience in a similar role
Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
Ability to independently lead complex data projects and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the department
Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and conceptually
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
A basic understanding or deep interest in the B2B SaaS market and its products
Basic knowledge of Tableau
Basic knowledge of SQL would be an asset
Basic knowledge of Power BI would be an asset
