Role DescriptionInnuos is looking for a talented hands-on senior manager to lead the brand and all related marketing efforts at international level. The role is based at the company's headquarters in Faro, Portugal. The role responsibilities are:Understanding market trends and competitor landscape across the different industries and geographies where the brand operates and plans to expand to.Define the brand and sub-brands strategy in the short, mid and long term, in close coordination with the leadership team and taking into consideration the existing and future industry contexts where the brand operates.Shaping a clear brand identity and persona, ensuring brand integrity across all initiatives and communications, internal or externally led.Understanding and improving brand awareness, positioning and engagement across the different stakeholders: resellers, partners, press, influencers, consumers as well and staff and potential recruits by leading tailored brand activation activities.Maintaining strong and up to date knowledge of the products and related technologies whilst ensuring key selling points are clearly communicated and well understood by the internal team as well as external partners and market in general. Overseeing annual marketing plan definition, execution and review, in line with the brand strategy and planned product launches and in coordination with the other company departments.Coordinating a team across design, product marketing, digital marketing and events, whilst having an active role in brand assets creation and content production to deliver the marketing plan.Responsible for managing relation with the press and main partners, such as distributors, key dealers and other brands for all marketing related topics.Candidate Skills/RequirementsBachelor or Master's degree. Minimum 15 years of experience in brand and/or marketing roles, ideally responsible for several geographies and in consumer industries - audio, technology, automotive or other sector with complex or technically-based products would be a plus.Experience in leading and developing diverse teams.
