We are seeking a Senior Balance Game Designer to help us create unique and engaging games for players worldwide. Responsibilities: Development and calculation of project economics in the metagame;
Formulation of balance for all game entities;
Creation of tools for quick calculation and iteration of game entities;
Conducting playtests based on the calculation results.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Relevant work experience in the Balance Game Designer role for al least 2 years;
Work experience in mid-core mobile games;
High level of gameplay experience in genres such as MOBA, 4X strategy, and MMO RPG;
Experience working on isometric games;
Ability to create game design documentation;
Experience with game configurations and/or admin panels;
Ability to work with Google Sheets and Miro.
Nice to have: Examples of tables with game balance calculations;
Examples of game design documents;
Ability to describe the most complex mechanic for which balance calculations were performed and to explain the specific challenges involved.
