Responsibilities: Collaborate with other teams to understand their requirements and ensure that the bac kend services meet their needs.
Design, develop, and maintain microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
Implement AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
Create and optimise database systems, both relational and non-relational, ensuring dat a integrity and performance.
Work with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka for seamless inter-service communication.
Utilise containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, to enhance development and deployment processes.
Follow best practices and maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, and security.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
The Candidate we are looking for: Strong experience in building and deploying microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
Proficient with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
Deep understanding of database systems, including experience with database design and optimization.
Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team .
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the EV charging industry is a plus but not required.
