For this role, you should:Have significant work experience(5+ years)Have a BA/BSc or higher in computer science or related fieldHave a rock-solid understanding of software engineering in generalHave a keen interest in widely used backend technologies such as gRPC , Kubernetes , PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, ArgoCD, Grafana, RedisHave strong experience in at least one modern programming language (i.e.Python,Golang , Java, Rust) and a willingness to dive into GoHave no fear of challenging existing architectures and patterns and present arguments for worthwhile improvementsAlways on the lookout for places where our software can be simplified, refactored or abstractedHave a s olid understanding ofGit andGithub/GitlabBe highly familiar with SQL databasesPractice test-focused developmentBe a t echie with a flair for finance and wealth managementBe able to work independently and have a high willingness to performBe fluent in EnglishYou will be join ing a n uprising S wiss fintech .
