Key Responsibilities Participate in program development, deployment, configuration, review, maintenance, testing, and documentation following internal guidelines, specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.Contribute to the technical design and implementation of an exchange layer, integrating target applications with the broader IT platform.Develop Web Services and APIs for a cloud-based web application.Implement server-side logic and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.Collaborate with BA engineering and front-end teams for efficient, high-performance integration.Contribute actively across all phases of the development lifecycle.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance as needed.Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Business, Product Owners, and Developers.Participate actively in Scrum meetings and product sprints.Requirements for the role +5 years of professional experience in back-end development, specializing in Java (Java 11/17) and J2EE technologies.Expertise in building web applications using Spring frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Cloud Vault.Strong experience with API development and PostgreSQL for robust data handling and integration.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.Skilled in DevOps practices with experience in tools such as Octane, Junit, Jfrog Artifactory, GitLab, Jenkins, and Cypress.Proficient in quality and security tools, including SonarQube, Fortify, and Nexus.Knowledge of additional back-end technologies, including Oracle, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Apache HTTP Server, CoS, and Quartz.Experience in microservices architectures and implementing complex applications.Understanding of MQ and CFT technologies.Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, clean code and produce clear technical documentation.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a project-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused and quality-driven approach.Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and maintain high motivation and work ethic.Fluent in EnglishMust be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for PortugalWhat we offer at Keyrus Portugal: Competitive salary based on your skills & experience and according to the Data market practiceMeal allowance of €8.32 per dayFlexible benefits optionPrivate Medical Insurance22 days of annual leave (increasing every 3 years up to a maximum of 25 days)Training Program through KLX (Keyrus Learning Experience) PlatformWhy Keyrus?
