Senior Associate – Technical Project Management WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Senior Associate –Technical Project Management, you will be leading and supporting global technical and audit related projects as part of the Cybersecurity & Digital Trust (CDT) team, based in our capability centre, in Lisbon. You'll be taking accountability for developing and reporting periodic project and financial indicators relating to project objectives, risks, costs and trends. You will be using both Agile and standard Waterfall methodologies in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of projects, to ensure project success.
The responsibilities of the role will include: Manage all aspects of projects, including scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management.Work effectively under minimal supervision and prioritize the successful completion of team goals.Partner with technical leads to identify key work products, ensure cross-functional alignment, and execute plans to meet project goals.Develop innovative ways to introduce change across a diverse organization.Communicate effectively and possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks.Champion collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams.Remove roadblocks and impediments to team progress.Foster an environment where the team can stay focused.Educate the team about Lean and Agile practices like Scrum.Track team metrics and find ways to improve team performance.Guide the team towards becoming a high-performing and self-managing unit.WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a high performing, global team. You will need excellent communication skills and will be comfortable managing multiple priorities successfully.
