Associate HR Processes & Systems LIVE What you will do HR Connect is connecting staff, managers, and local HR to Amgen's global HR processes, programs, and tools. For all global HR questions, we are the place to go! You will be responsible for supporting and improving the HR service center with business subject matter expert support related to Workday, Service Now, and HR processes. Accountabilities: Act as designated subject matter expert on different processes in Workday and be responsible for maintaining our internal/external HR Knowledge bases. Manage workforce administration in Workday according to global processes. Ensure Workday data quality through audits. Participate in system and process improvement projects related to Workday, Service Now, and HR processes. Act as a dedicated point of contact for staff, managers, and local HR in designated countries. Ensure that HR inquiries are managed according to service level agreements and local/global policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert As an escalation point, provide resolutions to escalated issues on Workday processes like Time & Absence, Reporting, and Core HCM. Advise and train HR Connect team members on HR processes, improvements, and best practices. Participate in multiple subject matter expert groups. HR Systems, Implementations, and Enhancements Work closely with HR Connect country reps and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate these into technical solutions. Cooperate closely with HR Tech experts in HR Staff Services to implement technical solutions. Execute workforce administration, transactions, and mass-uploads in Workday.
