If you want to help us strengthen our approaches in a dynamic environment and support Infineon's positioning as a leader in sustainable procurement, then you need to join our team as a Senior Analyst – Supplier Sustainability.In your new role you will:Take responsibility for increasing efficiency of supplier sustainability management by increasing automation and digitization of sustainability data management and reporting, align requirements with stakeholders, support implementation projectsAnalyze supplier data with a focus on sustainability, take over reporting tasks, summarize results in presentationsSupport the implementation of the sustainability risk management framework in procurement processes to ensure respect for human rights and environmental protection across the global supply chainSupport new supplier sustainability projects and contribute to the further development of the supplier sustainability programAct as a subject matter expert for sustainability within the procurement function and managing queries from the organization or external requests You have the ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously, using your excellent analytical skills to turn complex information into relevant insights.
You are an organized person with excellent time-management skills.
Moreover, you have an interest in making a difference at the intersection of sustainability and procurement with your open mindset and passion for Infineon's success.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, mathematics or a similar field of studiesAt least 1+ years of relevant work experience in sustainability, sustainable procurement, carbon management, (sustainability) data analysis or in a similar fieldYou have interest in making a difference at the intersection of sustainability and procurement with your open mindset and passion for Infineon's successUsing your analytical skills to turn complex information into relevant insights, interest in working with data, organized person with structured work approachExperience in supporting sustainability projects and using digital tools to improve work flows related to own field of expertiseExperience in interacting with external stakeholders ( suppliers, customers); high standard of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholder requiredExperience in working with supplier and/or sustainability data is a big plusFluency in English (mandatory).
