We are currently looking for a new member for the Planning & Control team to join us in the position of Senior Analyst, Planning & Control.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia

Requirements: Degree in Economics, Business Management or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in the areas of consulting or controllingFluent in EnglishProficient in MS OfficeStrong communication and presentation skillsCritical thinking, problem solving and intellectual curiosityResponsibilities: Support the decision-making process by providing reliable business information and presenting varied real estate industry insights and a global view of the Company and Business environment;Challenge the business activities with the purpose of achieving better results for the company through the implementation of efficiency and cost-cutting initiatives;Support in the coordination of business projects;Perform benchmark and efficiency analysis;Perform ad-hoc analyses according to the needs of the several stakeholders, which include Board, business unit(s) representatives and shareholders;Preparation and analysis of the consolidated accounts of a business unit(s)/companies, through a management perspective, to be reported on a quarterly basis to the Board of Directors, or other clients;Assist the business unit(s) on the budgeting process and 5-year strategic plan (from the financial perspective).At Sonae Sierra, we are committed to creating a workplace that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
