You will be clarifying and allocating incoming payments to the Siemens Energy bank accounts, for which you are in close contact with the sales department and project management.
Your responsibilitiesYou will help the colleagues from Treasury to allocate the incoming payments to the various AREs and thus act as an interface between the bank accounts and projects.You are in charge of the monitoring and processing of intercompany clearing including issuing direct debits for internal IC accounts.You will be the first point of contact for the project managers on all accounts receivables issues. Here, you will be confronted with various requests, which will enable you to continuously expand your accounting experience.For the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, you will carry out various bookings and evaluations, which will be included in the data presented to the management. Furthermore, you are responsible for the posting the write-off of receivables as well as reporting for major differences.In addition, you are responsible for the evaluation of long-term receivables as well as the evaluation of overdue receivables and supply to the smooth running of the financial statements through timely postings.Furthermore, you will work with the auditors and request explanations for payment allocations, confirmation of balances to various customers and proofs of payment, thus growing the knowledge of the individual projects and their commercial procedures.What you bringAs a basis for your success you have completed Bachelor Administration as well as first relevant professional experience.You are looking forward to supplying your knowledge of the SAP FI module, ideally in the area of accounts receivable accounting, as well as your good knowledge of MS Excel (crafting analyses and reports) to our company.Proficient English skills required, good knowledge of German language is an advantage.As you will be working in a team of authority and knowledgeable people, you will chip in to the team with your communicative and open manner, take up existing processes and develop them further.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
