We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Controller to oversee and manage our financial accounting operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with US GAAP, maintaining high standards of accounting accuracy, and overseeing the end-to-end financial processes. You will be responsible for revenue recognition, controlling, and reporting activities, as well as leading and mentoring other members of a growing finance team. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting the company's financial health. We'll Ask You To Ensure US GAAP Compliance : Ensure all financial activities and reporting are in strict compliance with US GAAP. Stay updated with any changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments. Maintain Accounting Standards : Maintain and enforce high standards of accounting practices. Develop and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. Oversee Revenue Recognition : Oversee the revenue recognition process to ensure it aligns with company policies and US GAAP. Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions. Prepare Financial Reports : Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports. Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy
