organization skills; Que funções irão desempenhar As Senior Accountant GL you will be responsible for: Fixed Assets handling (review of Fixed Assets in progress account, add/dispose Fixed Assets, run Fixed Assets depreciation); Journal Entries, including Inventory; ICO reconciliation (identify differences, request for missing invoices/respond to standard queries, analyze data and resolve differences independently); Cognos reporting; Account Reconciliation (perform and document subledger reconciliation, perform BSAR reconciliation); External reporting (Audit/VAT /Intrastat); Transition involvement (preparing GL process overview for the business, highlighting and resolving issues encountered during transition); Team support (new joiners training); Improvement process (continuously seek improvement opportunities for executed activities & highlight potencial improvements); Stakeholder management .
