We have been listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014.Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for a Senior Accountant, who will have the following responsibilities:Manage month-end closing tasks, controls, and reports under IFRS norms.Control and report the inter-company flows and perform the necessary validation on a monthly basis.Perform a monthly GL analysis on local COA and ensure that all postings are done correctly.Submit the company's financial statements on the Group consolidation report tool (HFM) on a monthly basis, assuring the IFRS harmonization between Local and Group COA.Book closing journal entries and prepare the closing file for auditors.Liaise with the AP department and other internal departments to ensure a smooth incorporation of the process and business.Be responsible for Tax Computation and Returns: VAT, CIT, WHT, Local Tax Forms (Modelo 22; IES...) are done and loaded properly following local requisites with the help of local consultants if needed.Be responsible for monthly closing accounts and respective monthly reports.Support account analysis "Invoice in reception and conference".Analyze current accounts of suppliers/clients and ensure all accounting entries.Ensure INE, Intrastat and similar reports are completed.Maintain fixed asset data.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have/be:A degree in Accounting, Economics, or finance-related fields.Portuguese Certified Accountant.At least 5 years of experience in Accounting.Accounting knowledge (preferably in International Accounting Standards – IFRS).International experience is a plus.Good level of Portuguese Tax knowledge.Proficient in MS Office, with MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.English proficiency (mandatory).KEY SKILLSOrganization, initiative spirit, availability and sense of responsibility, dedication, ability to handle different volumes of work, good communication skills, resilience, proactivity, and teamwork skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
