Key Responsibilities: Forecasting and Advisory: Analyze market trends, consumer interests, and business efficiency to advise leadership on strategic financial decisions. Accurate Reporting: Execute precise financial reporting to enable informed decision-making aligned with company goals. Security and Projects: Lead efforts to secure financial information, manage special projects, and engage in cross-functional initiatives. Compliance and Improvement: Document accounting control procedures, identify system issues, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Continuous Learning: Engage in professional development through classes, workshops, webinars, and professional networks. Core Duties: Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, revenue forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow statements. Ensure the integrity of accounting information and resolve discrepancies through forensic research. Manage accounts payable, verify payment documentation, update debt balances, and conduct disbursements. Review and reconcile the general ledger, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure completeness and accuracy. Supervise administrative staff within the department and provide accounting/reporting knowledge transfer to other departments. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of five years of corporate accounting experience. High level of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Extensive knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles. Experience in audit and international accounting. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business accounting, or finance. Proficiency in accounting software platforms. Natural proficiency in or passion for mathematics. Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure.
