Descrição Manage invoices in the system, including invoice approvals, and ensuring receipts are created in a timely manner.Process invoices & create accounting journals to allocate costs around the business.Review employee expense reports for adherence to policy.Assist in creating accurate payment runs and validating payment details & methods.Build working relationships with cross-functional teams and maintain overall Accounts Payable performance.Act as a point of contact to stakeholders for questions, support, and issues around invoicing and payment inquiries.Assist with month-end tasks, including preparation of accruals for the Finance team.Support Line Manager and Finance teams with duties as required.Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting.Previous experience in a similar role.Excellent analytical skills, knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax principles.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera.Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a member of different teams.Customer-focused attitude, able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Fluent in English.Vantagens Working in an international environment.Possibility for Professional Growth.Attractive salary and benefits package.
