Sobre o nosso clienteWe are recruiting a Senior Accountant, specializing in Consolidation and Reporting, for a Multinational located in the Parque das Nações.DescriçãoConsolidation processPreparation of monthly closing and consolidation process;Ensures that accounting records are maintained and are in accordance with corporate and accounting standards (IFRS);Reviews and updates internal working papers to comply with IFRS requirements;Financial StatementsPreparation of Annual/Quarterly Financial Statements (consolidated at Group level);Develops and enhance accounting policies and procedures to align with IFRS;Performs technical reviews on Annual/Quarterly Financial Statements at Group and Standalone level;AuditProvides technical opinions on accounting matters;Attend audit meetings for discussion of technical matters (if required);Group improvements and internal controlsImplements best practices and ensure consistent adherence to IFRS guidelines across Group;Develop and implement accounting procedures to optimize the workflow of the department, maintaining and strengthening internal controls;Increase productivity by identifying opportunities and proposing/developing automated reporting tools/systems;Perfil idealDegree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration or a related field;4+ years working in a technical accounting role with a focus on reporting and consolidation;Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely, strong Excel;Knowledge of IFRS standards and their practical application in a business context;English skills both written and spoken (mandatory);Not required, but a plus/valued:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Power BI (Word and PowerPoint);English proficiency;Worked in one of the big 4 companies.Valued personal skills:Work collaboratively as part of a team - Teamwork-oriented;Attention to detail (oriented to accuracy and method);Coping with stress;Problem solving;Decision making;Efficient multitasking;Time-management;Communication skills;Proactivity;Continual process improvement;VantagensExcellent professional development opportunity.
