.Senior Account Based Marketing Specialist Location: Remote, IE Remote, IT GB Mafra, 2640, PT ES NL Location: Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, and Spain (Office-Based, Hybrid, or Home-Based) Bentley is seeking a Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our global Go-To-Market team as we rapidly scale and optimize our Account Based Experience programs. You will work closely with regional, industry, and product marketers, and sales to build, launch, and track highly personalized campaigns to drive demand and expansion in target accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing account-level insights to internal stakeholders, including measuring engagement within target accounts and identifying trends to help inform future campaign efforts. Your Day-to-Day: Design and execute innovative and creative, multi-touch ABM programs from concept through execution (i.E. strategy, timeline, budget, campaign development, and campaign measurement) that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts to help achieve sales revenue goals. Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies and identify trends within target accounts. Align marketing and sales in building account profiles and buyer groups. Develop and maintain a database of target accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people. Work closely with the Content and Demand Gen team to update and leverage collaterals throughout the buyer journey. Collaborate with field marketing and multi-channel marketing teams to align ABM programs with other ongoing online/offline initiatives. Apply an experimental mindset to ABM campaigns to test, learn, and optimize. Measure, analyze, and report on program performance and the impact of ABM efforts monthly and quarterly. Provide routine campaign and content audits for target accounts and product lines/industries. Program management for ABM campaigns. This role does not require travel. What You Bring to The Team: 3+ years of ABM/ABX experience or multi-channel B2B growth marketing experience with demonstrated success. Ability to understand account needs and business goals and build tactical marketing plans around those themes. Working knowledge of ABM tools such as Demandbase, Engagio, Terminus, RollWorks, Bombora, 6sense, Looker, etc. Prior experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using marketing and CRM solutions such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Salesforce (desired). Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc. is a plus. Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, paid social and advertising, events, and webinars.
