What kind of professional are we looking for? Ability to conceptualize ideas (in 2D or 3D)
Strong sculpting skills and proficiency in creating accurate topology in animations
Experience preparing character meshes in high poly / mid poly / low poly while preserving the character's recognizable look
Expertise in setting up lighting, materials, and textures, as well as make high-quality renders that require minimal editing in 2D packages
Proficiency in ZBrush and Photoshop (mandatory), and familiarity with any 3D graphics software
Up-to-date portfolio
Ability to stay consistent with the artistic style of a project

The selection process The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test task and a technical interview with our Art Director.
