We offer a welcoming environment where you can work your magic from home!The Role:We are searching for a creative and energetic Senior Graphic Designer, that has experience in the mograph industry, to join our dynamic and fun team.This role will be responsible mainly for creating storyboards, but also setting them in motion for custom explainer videos as part of our client's digital strategies. The role requires working independently but in close collaboration with other team members. The role also requires the ability to work quickly with attention to detail and an eye for quality and aesthetics.Key Responsibilities Include:Video creation from concept to storyboarding and animationConceptualize, visualize and storyboard scripts, animations and visual images for custom explainer videosDevelop style-frames based on client briefs and brand guides.Produce a variety of still and motion pieces.Modify and/or rework existing still and motion assetsCollaboration with internal cross-function teams (project managers, writers and lead designers)The right person for this role will have the following qualifications:At least two years of professional Graphic Design experienceAt least one year of Motion Graphics experienceExcellent command of the Adobe package with an emphasis on Adobe Illustrator (to create storyboards) and After Effects (for animation)Experience in creating infographicsStrong knowledge of basic animation principlesAbility to follow style guidelines, concept art and direction provided by other team membersAbility to provide creative solutions to solve challengesExcellent written and spoken English language skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritizePositive, 'can do' attitudeAdaptable and willing to take on suggestions and inputAbility to take initiative and make things happen independently and without supervisionSelf-motivated to do great work and meet tight deadlinesProactive communication skillsMaturity to handle extremely confidential informationOpen-minded, innovative, creative and eager to learnLocation and Hours:This is a full time, 40 hours per week role.
