A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Security Specialist for Digital Finance & Regulatory Requirements, you will assist with a broad spectrum of cybersecurity support requests from Siemens Energy finance functions, helping to advance cybersecurity activities. You will also participate in developing internal cybersecurity capabilities and strategy, engaging proactively to strengthen the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.
In this role, you bring extensive knowledge and experience in securing finance systems like SAP Finance Accounting or treasury management systems. The aim is to develop effective security solutions to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive financial data while meeting regulatory requirements.
How You'll Make an ImpactAnalyze security requirements within the Finance systems and Regulatory Finance environmentDevelop and implement security policies and solutions that align with regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations in the financial sectorConduct security audits and assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilitiesCollaborate with other teams and Executive Management to meet security requirements and implement best practicesTrain employees on security aspects within the SAP financial environmentWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldDemonstrated experience in SAP security with a focus on the Finance ModuleIn-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards within the financial sectorExperience in implementing security solutions and policies in finance environmentsStrong communication skills and the ability to convey complex security concepts clearlyTeam-oriented with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary and international environmentAbout the TeamYou will be part of a global team of cybersecurity experts and our companywide cybersecurity community of more than 130 members.
