This agency works with rising B2C brands, managing high-budget campaigns and driving their growth toward market leadership.

Your Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop and execute SEA strategies for B2C brands.
Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search , Shopping , Performance Max , and Display .
Optimize product feeds and resolve issues in the Google Merchant Center .
Analyze data to identify and implement scaling opportunities.
Client Collaboration: Build strong client relationships and ensure their goals are met.
Proactively communicate and provide solutions to improve campaign performance.
Innovation and Optimization: Identify growth potential using data-driven insights and market trends.
Develop creative ad copies and innovative targeting strategies.
Team Collaboration: Share knowledge during weekly masterclasses and refine team methodologies.
Collaborate with tracking specialists, creative teams, and freelancers for comprehensive campaign execution.
Your Profile: Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in E-Commerce .
Proven success in scaling campaigns with high budgets (€50,000+/month).
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center , conversion tracking, and tools like Triple Whale or Hyros (nice-to-have).
Language Skills: German: Native or C2 level.
English: Fluent (minimum B2 level).
Skills: Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking to craft data-driven strategies.
Creativity in designing ad copies and innovative campaign approaches.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both clients and teams.
Personality: Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and growing environment.
Excited to grow in a young team (ideal age: 20–27).
