Join our growing Real Estate Finance Team as Senior Analyst handling the Accounting, Closing, Controlling and Reporting process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate. This role involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations.
How You'll Make an ImpactTeam LeadershipManage and perform the periodic closing processIdentify and implement operational improvementsCarry out operational control, quality, and procedures of the use of the General Ledger SE RE HubsPerform posting of transactionsPost journals as necessary to accurately reflect the transactions of the businessPerform standard financial reporting in accordance with guidelines & timetablesPrepare the monthly financial close and ensure that the reporting requirements are fulfilled.Review key account balances to ensure financial data is reliable and accurate.Compile the SE RE Balance Sheet and P&L for submission to reporting systemsPerform Controlling & Reporting functionUndertake other financial and management reporting as requestedProvide support to Country BAs in local reportsMaintain effective communication within the department and extended SE RE organizationWhat You Bring (requirements)Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar.3-5 years accounting work experienceTeam or project lead experienceExperience in Real Estate and/or financial processesProficient in Financial Applications (SAP) and MS Excel & OfficeFluent in English (required) & one other languageFinancial process optimization mentalityTeammate with strong communication & interpersonal skillsFlexible and deadline-orientedProactive, dedicated and able to work optimally in global, virtual teams and networksProfessional ethics, responsibility and problem-solving orientationAbout the TeamOur Real Estate team manages a global footprint of over 4.5 million square meters, overseeing all real estate related activities and projects, developing and implementing portfolio strategies in line with SE's business objectives and ensuring cost-effective facility operations and work environments for SE.
