PrimeTag, a Martech B2B SaaS company, is currently looking for a SDR Manager, preferably with experience in SaaS, to lead a group of SDR in EMEA.
SDR Manager Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team in the existing and new markets.Design effective prospecting strategies to maximize opportunity generation.Set clear KPIs to measure the success of the team's activities and ensure the achievement of KPIs for each country and team member.Analyze results and produce regular reports to identify areas for improvement.Identify training opportunities to enhance SDR skills.Experiment with and apply new prospecting and communication strategies.Guarantee that qualified leads meet the standards required for Account Executives.Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance prospecting outcomes.Implement new technologies to improve team productivity and outreach.Recognize and reward team success, promoting a positive and competitive environment.Organize activities to strengthen teamwork and maintain motivation.Establish clear budgets for prospecting activities and ensure efficient use of allocated resources.Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of lead generation strategies and adjust them as needed.Scale the team and processes as the company grows and expands into new markets or territories.Develop entry plans for new markets, and launch tailored sales strategies.This opportunity is for you if: You want to continue your career in the SaaS environment.You love to work in an international environment and startup ecosystem.You are proactive, enthusiastic, organized, and enjoy working towards objectives.Skills and Qualifications: Fluent in spoken and written English.Experience with CRM such as HubSpot.More languages are a plus.Knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus.Experience: 3 years of previous experience as SDR manager in SaaS is a must.Experience working with Enterprise target accounts and C-level buyer persona.Experience in implementing account-based strategy.Experience opening new markets is a must.Experience building lead generation strategies and leading small teams is desirable.Experience in the influencer marketing field is desirable.What We Offer: Remote work.Competitive salary + commission.Meal allowance.Health insurance.25 holidays per year.Professional development.Opportunity for internal growth.
