About the Team: MAN SimplePay is a digital payments ecosystem for commercial vehicles that transforms the vehicle into a payment gateway/digital wallet and thereby enables it to pay for various services in and around the truck. The web application consolidates all transactions and enables fleet managers to analyze total cost of ownership in near real time. Secure connectivity and Telematics ensure secure vehicle identification and authorization of transactions. MAN SimplePay tackles the most important needs of our customers:Optimized on-time delivery: Drivers save time due to efficiency gains (minimize human interaction);Reduced administrative efforts: Fleet managers manage their fleet more efficiently and have a real-time view of all payment transactions in and around the truck. MAN SimplePay enables the vehicle to pay on its own and is therefore also a major contributor towards eMobility and autonomous driving in the future.Your Responsibilities:Serve as a mirror to the team, coaching the team and organization regarding lean and modern agile mindset;Ensure that the team has a transparent work model;Promote a safe, fault-tolerant environment that facilitates learning from mistakes;Enable the team to reach self-organization and work productively;Responsible for agile artefacts, enabling the team to find the best agile frameworks (if necessary) and/or methods that meet their characteristics and stages;Enable the team to conduct group dynamics and agile ceremonies;Stay updated to teach and mentor the team and organization, participate in internal and external communities to promote continuous improvements in the team's day-to-day activities;Promote synergy between teams;Provide support to Product Owner;Responsible for helping the team to maintain the big picture;Keep the team motivated and maintain a sustainable environment.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable job expertise;At least 5 years of experience;Solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an international hybrid context (Onsite and home office);Strong people skills (Interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, conflict management);Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coaching teams, and team building;Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops;Very good English skills, both written and spoken;Comfortable in an agile environment with excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and ideally the Safe framework;Ability to drive change and support the team during the process;Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills;Experience with Atlassian tool chain and managing the team's workspaces (Jira, Confluence).What can we offer?Attractive Remuneration;Flexible work hours and hybrid mode;Attractive workspace;Active Health Care;Employee Benefits.
