The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing project teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals, progress, and deliverables, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution, analyzing and configuring reports and advanced indicators to monitor team performance and project health, and identifying indirect causal relationships between team practices and impacts on team delivery/efficiency.Must have:Scrum Master Certification (PSM I or CSM)Nice to have:Additional certifications or training in Agile methodologies.Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).Knowledge of software development processes and practices.Top Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.Years of Experience:+3 years as a Project Manager or Scrum MasterType of project: ManagementHybrid Position
