Role: Scram MasterStart date: ASAPDuration: 1 year +Language: Portuguese preferred but English will be sufficientLocation: Lisbon / Hybrid Rate: TBCRED Global is searching for a Scrum Master to join an excellent opportunity at our client in Lisbon.You will be part of a creation of a centre of excellence for a Leading Multinational Fintech Company.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:* Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead* Scrum Master certified* Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)* Agile Estimating & Planning* Scrum ceremonies and artifacts* Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:o Automated Testing techniqueso Continuous Integration & Continuous Deploymento Test Driven Development* Metrics:o Velocity vs Productivity* Tools: Jira/Confluence* Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value* Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related* Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best* Experience in development (valued)* Great communication, analysis and listening skills* Software Craftsmanship's* English proficiency should be at least C1 levelWe are looking forward to receiving suitable applicants.
