Must-Have:
More than 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile coach or similar
Deep knowledge of agile principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Good communication, collaboration, and team development skills
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity
Team spirit
Fluent or good knowledge of English
Good interpersonal skills
Would be great if you have:
Academic background in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
