Job Description Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and Agile practices, continuously improving processes.
Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure smooth delivery of work.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the backlog and ensure clear communication of project goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the teams.
Track and manage team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
Support team development, including coaching and mentoring team members in Agile methodologies.
Engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment between business goals and team objectives.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Experience with Agile enterprise frameworks (LeSS Huge, SAFe etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Experience in conflict resolution and removing obstacles for teams.
Familiar with Jira as project management software.
Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in software development or a related technical background is a plus.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
